The museum “Gallerie dell’Accademia” in Venice collects the best art collection of Venetian art. From the structural point of view for the control of numerous and considerable cracks, a wireless system with displacement transducers was provided. Instead, for the control of environmental parameters, sensors that detect the temperature, the relative humidity, the level of carbon dioxide, the air velocity and the luminance were installed in the most important rooms.
