The service station called “Bazzera Sud” is located along the Mestre ring-road; its roof is composed by metallic reticular structures. Surveys were carried out on groundworks and on the roof; particularly nondestructive tests were performed on metallic beams besides a complete mapping of the state of preservation and even a mechanical characterization through lab tests.
