Inside the Cathedral in Mestre (VE) cracks are concentrated in the south wall at the intersection of the transept and the nave. In order not to interfere with the installation of displacement transducers inside the classroom of the Dome and trying to ensure minimum interference with the visitors, it was decided, as the cracks pattern also passing toward the stairwell not accessible to visitors, to focus on the latter for the positioning of the sensors.
